The newly worm in Executive Governor of Imo State, Rt. Hon.. Emeka Ihedioha has released the first tranche of appointments in what seems like a case of hitting the ground running.
The governor had earlier complained, while giving his inaugural speech, about paucity of funds and the huge debt profile of the viable State.
The appointment of Commissioners is a variation from the norm of Governors delaying appointments till the convocation of a new House of Assembly.

Comm. For Youth – Mr. R. Okoro
Comm. For Women Affairs – Mrs. Uche Moneke
