The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) says it has uncovered an illegal detention camp in the Badagry area of Lagos State, rescuing 24 victims, including a toddler, during the operation.
According to the agency, four foreign nationals were arrested in connection with the facility. Preliminary investigations indicate that the victims were allegedly being held under unlawful conditions, while authorities continue to investigate the purpose and activities of the camp.
