The emergence of candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the National Assembly and Ondo State House of Assembly has injected fresh momentum into grassroots mobilisation across Ondo State, the BTO For PBAT 27 support group has said.
The group, a political mobilisation platform within the APC, said it was intensifying activities across the state’s wards, polling units and local government areas to galvanize support for the party ahead of the forthcoming elections.
In a statement signed by its Director-General, Ogbeni Adojutelegan Adesuyi Gideon, the group said the conclusion of the party’s candidate selection process had paved the way for a renewed focus on voter engagement and grassroots mobilisation.
According to the statement, coordinators, volunteers and supporters of the group have been directed to immediately return to their respective wards and polling units to commence sustained engagement with party members and eligible voters across the state.
The group said its mobilisation drive would focus on peaceful, issue-based campaigns aimed at strengthening the APC’s support base and encouraging greater participation in the electoral process.
“BTO For PBAT 27 remains committed to strengthening the APC from the polling unit to the ward, local government and state levels. With the emergence of our candidates, the time has come to consolidate our structures and intensify grassroots mobilisation across Ondo State,” the statement read.
The organisation stressed that unity, discipline and collaboration among party leaders, candidates, stakeholders and support groups would be critical to securing victory for the APC at the polls.
It urged members to work harmoniously with party officials at all levels, insisting that collective effort remained the key to achieving the party’s electoral objectives.
Reaffirming its commitment to the progressive ideals of the APC, the group said it would continue to support initiatives that promote effective grassroots mobilisation and strengthen the party’s presence in every community across Ondo State.
The statement expressed confidence that with sustained mobilisation, teamwork and the support of the electorate, the APC would record a resounding victory in the forthcoming elections.
The group concluded by reiterating its resolve to remain actively involved in grassroots political engagement, maintaining that its mission is to contribute meaningfully to the success of all APC candidates across Ondo State.
