The South-West APC Youth Leader, Barrister Daramola Adesuyi, has paid a familiarisation visit to the Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Hon. Mobalaji Ogunlende, to strengthen collaboration on youth development and political inclusion across the region.
The meeting underscored the importance of sustained engagement between the party’s youth leadership and government institutions in advancing programmes that empower young people and expand opportunities for leadership, innovation and civic participation.
Adesuyi commended the Lagos State Government’s sustained investment in youth-focused initiatives, describing the ministry as a critical partner in nurturing the next generation of leaders and driving inclusive development.
He stressed that greater synergy between the APC’s youth leadership and relevant public institutions would enhance capacity-building, grassroots mobilisation and the delivery of impactful initiatives for young people.
Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to fostering strategic partnerships that will promote youth empowerment, strengthen community engagement and support sustainable development across the Southwest.
