The newly appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor on Youth Empowerment and Job Creation, Otunba Fadesola Ojamomi, Esq., has commenced consultations with key institutions as part of efforts to strengthen partnerships and expand opportunities for young people across the state.
Ojamomi, accompanied by his predecessor, Ambassador Orioye Gbayisemore, visited the Bank of Industry (BOI) State Manager, Mr. Christian Ekwenna, at BOI House, Alagbaka, Akure.
Gbayisemore formally introduced Ojamomi and advocated the sustenance of the existing partnership between the BOI and the Governor’s Office on Youth Empowerment and Job Creation, while appreciating the bank for its support during his tenure.
Ojamomi, in his remarks, thanked the BOI for its collaboration and solicited continued support for programmes targeted at youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and job creation in Ondo State.
Responding, Ekwenna assured the new SSA of the bank’s continued cooperation and support for youth-focused initiatives.
Ojamomi also paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretary of the Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Princess Abike Bayo-Ilawole, PhD, who congratulated him on his appointment and prayed for wisdom, strength and success in his new assignment.
The visits, according to the office, form part of Ojamomi’s ongoing consultations with government institutions and other stakeholders towards deepening partnerships and advancing youth empowerment and job creation across the state.
